Friendly, helpful staff.

The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was fair at best.

our queen room was new-fashioned with new showers, a foldout couch plus a sleeper sofa. we had a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a fridge. its location in the st clairsville area was comfortable and unbeatable.

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in several years.

I thought the staff were all very friendly & personable . The view from our window was scenic ,beautiful. It had everything we wanted ! Pool,hot tub were very nice, work out room was exactly what I wanted. Room was clean - well stocked . It seems the housekeepers were always on our floor & around .

I honestly thought the breakfast ( complimentary) wasn't the best. The omelets & boiled eggs were rubbery. There was 1 day they offered hot meat- which was turkey sausage that was "ok"- but overall it was doable - & had waffle maker /pastries/yogurts/fruit/ -which was good.

Front desk was very nice! And the free cookies are very fresh!

The staff were excellent and made sure to make our stay enjoyable.

At first we received a room next to laundry, employee break room and breakfast area; however, we were moved the next day to a quiet room.

Super chill stay with awesome staff!

Nisha at the front desk was like a ray of sunshine, super friendly and helpful while checking me in. My room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choices. Just wish the pool wasn't so cramped with limited seating.

good location

the fan under the window sounded like a truck engine. so our choices were noise or cold. When I called the desk she said we needed the fan on for heat.

They did have a nice breakfast buffet.

My biggest concern is that the first night that we were there we found a bedbug. We were moved rooms, a less accommodating room in that my son then had to sleep on a sleeper sofa. We returned home taking all precautions we have found to help prevent an infestation of the bedbugs. The worry and anxiety that comes with this pretty much ruined anything that was otherwise enjoyable about our stay.

Do recommend for a weekend vacation

Beautiful room, beautiful breakfast, with a wonderful variety of choices, hot and cold, and an inviting indoor swimming pool perfect for family fun.

The comforter was uncomfortable

I found the hotel's location marvellous and particularly good, right by the OH valley in the future and area restaurants and shopping and Ohio Valley mall. Great service, although a few employees were a little rude. The room was brand-new and modern.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the convenient biking spots, like the National Road Bikeway. The staff was friendly and flexible, accommodating our large family and our pet. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to fuel our adventures in Wheeling.

My kids wished there were more activities for families in the hotel. A small indoor play area would have been great, especially considering we spent downtime indoors instead of exploring more of the local sights.

Paper thin walls, you hear exactly what the neighbors are doing even with the airco as loud as a freight train on.
